TCG Telecom UAB guarantees that the quality of the services provided meets the requirements governing such services as defined by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. TCG Telecom UAB is not liable for the quality of the services in case the client uses terminal equipment that does not comply with the requirements defined by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania, or uses illegally acquired mobile phones and phones with modified identification number.

Any kinds of service problems or malfunctioning are dealt with in the shortest time possible. If the problem is the fault of TCG Telecom UAB, it is eliminated within three business days. All problems must be reported by e-mail at noc@tcg.lt .

Service provision can be restricted or suspended if the customer using the service violates the rights of the third parties, breaches the laws of the Republic of Lithuania or intentionally obstructs the service performance.

Virtual number can be used only for incoming calls and it is impossible to make outgoing calls. Therefore there is no possibility from virtual number to call short emergency number 112.

TCG Telecom UAB retains the right to unilaterally alter the "Call.lt" service provision conditions, prices and payment terms and conditions, having notified the clients by e-mail and/or announced such information on the "Call.lt" website on the Internet. Changes that are favorable to the clients (e.g., price lowering) can be implemented without any notifications.

If a client believes that his/her rights have been violated, he/she can contact the TCG Telecom UAB Customer Service in writing. TCG Telecom UAB undertakes to reply to the written complaint within 30 (thirty) calendar days. TCG Telecom UAB has a right to claim reimbursement for the expenses incurred during the investigation of the case when it is proved that the lodged complaint was not grounded.

By ordering virtual "Call.lt" numbers I hereby agree that my personal information will be managed by TCG Telecom UAB for "Call.lt" service provision purposes and confirm that I was informed about my right to disagree that my personal information would be managed by the said company.

  1. Personal information management is regulated by the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and as well as other legal norms.
  2. The data of a natural person (first name, family name, place of residence, phone number, e-mail address and other information provided in the "Call.lt" registration form) is managed with the service provision purposes.
  3. Personal data is managed using safety precautions which protect the information from illegal erasure, disclosure or other illegal actions.
  4. TCG Telecom UAB has a right to use the information for the purpose of direct marketing.
  5. Your personal information can be disclosed to third parties only in compliance with the order set by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
  6. By agreeing to these rules, you confirm that the information provided by you is absolutely correct.
