If you wish to reserve Lithuanian (370 700 series) or foreign virtual number, please contact us by e-mail info@tcg.lt. Only standard Lithuanian numbers may be ordered and configured in website https://www.call.lt.

How many numbers can I set up for call forwarding?

You may forward incoming calls to 3 different numbers. Call forwarding is configured in website https://www.call.lt.

How much do incoming calls to virtual number cost?

Incoming calls to virtual numbers are free of charge.

How can I pay for ordered virtual number?

You can pay for ordered virtual number using electronic banking systems or by sending SMS message.

How company contacts change may be avoided?

You may specify a virtual number in employee business card and promote this number in business-catalogues. As all calls coming to a virtual number are forwarded to your real employee number, your companys customers always will be able to reach your employee by calling the virtual number. In case employee leaves the company, you will only have to change the phone number to which calls are forwarded from virtual number.
